T-Form

T-Form is a one piece permanent metal formwork system that uses Leroy Deans "wide foot" fixing system for rapid, stable and easy installation. This unique system gives the contractor an option of monolith pours, or can be used as an edge form, while adhering to the designer's specification with a product that is rigid in commercial applications.

Speed Form

Speed-Form has been designed by Leroy Dean in house engineers to combat a growing market resistance to light roll-formed products such as metal Key Joints (which Leroy Dean also sells) that are often used outside their limitations. Key Joints, (unless made with timber, and then can’t be used in monolith pours), do not stand up to the commercial / industrial floor markets punishment, and have a reputation of being flimsy and unstable which cause all sorts of issues on the day of the pour, not to mention the expensive remedial work to bad concrete joints, and critical shear dowel alignment issues.

Speed-Form is a two piece permanent metal formwork system that uses Leroy Dean “Ground Pin” fixing system for rapid, stable and easy installations. This unique system gives the contractor an option of monolith pours, while adhering to the designer’s joint layout, with a product that will not bend, flex or displace during concrete placement.

Speed-Form is supplied in easy to handle 3 meter lengths to suit many slab thicknesses and is comes complete with dowels, sleeves, fixing pins and splices in one complete assembly.

Speed-Form is simply set to height using the adjustable Pin & Lock System. Once installed no other action is required by the contractor as Speed-Form™ is left in place, so there is no formwork stripping, cleaning or oiling required.

Speed-Form is suitable to floor joints and areas where medium joint protection is required from spalling, monolith pours or where a rapid installation is required. Speed-Form can also be used as an edge form.

Key Joint

Key joint is the lightest full depth permanent formwork system in the Leroy Dean product range. Key Joint is supplied in standard 3 meter lengths to suit various slab sizes, and is complete with either straight or DPC fixing kits. Provisions for dowels are by way of pre-punched knockouts at regular intervals.

Crack A Joint

Crack-A-Joint is a rigid galvanized metal crack inducer that is puddled into the surface of wet concrete, once screeding is completed. Crack-A-Joint creates a crack downwards, thus eliminating any chance of wayward random cracking on the surface, as is often the case from the use of ground crack inducers. As Crack-A-Joint is an early entry system, smaller sections i.e. 25mm can be used in thicker slabs.

Seal-A-Joint

Press-fit Flexible Concrete Joint Sealant

This low cost flexible plastic extrusion is pressed into saw cuts as a joint filler, an alternative to gunned sealants. It provides the cheapest way to create tidy floor joints.

Ground Crack Inducer

Ground Crack Inducer is a plastic crack inducer that is placed on the sub base prior to pouring the concrete, thus inducing a crack towards the surface. Plastic 4-way connectors are also available to suit the two sizes of this product (25 & 50mm) for complete connectivity. Ground Crack Inducer is supplied in standard 3 meter lengths, or custom lengths are available on request.

Speed Screed

Speed Screed is U. S's only permanent metal screed rail system. Speed Screed is manufactured using Leroy Dean Square Edged Steel system and designed to support the heaviest Truss Screeds for Super Flat Floors. Speed Screed is manufactured as a complete assembly with pre-punched holes for saddle bars, and is supplied with steel jointers and fixings.

Raft Slab Form

Raft Form is permanent metal formwork system that is used in polystyrene or plastic raft floor systems to create a movement joint. Raft Form is supplied with or without our unique hanger brackets to ensure the system is supported in the correct location. Optional capping is also available.
